Full-stack developer, from front end to deploy

Degree in Systems Analysis and Development and a postgraduate degree in Cybersecurity, with experience building and maintaining servers and automation tools in JavaScript, Lua and Python. The focus is on solutions to real problems, with security at every step, including vulnerability audits of web applications, APIs and the cloud. Since 2021, he has run his own server, with Docker deploys and hourly automatic backups. In day-to-day development, AI agents such as Claude Code and Flow support design, fixes, improvement suggestions and idea generation.

Custom game server

The custom server has about 35 modules of its own, versioned on GitHub. Highlights include a supply-and-demand economy, with auditing and abuse protection, and a banking app that guarantees duplicate-proof transfers. The server runs on a Linux VPS, with containerized deploys. The architecture was planned across separate machines: the application runs on one machine and the web layer, with Coolify, on another. This split helps isolate load and failures.

Production infrastructure

Edge proxy configured in Nginx, in a Docker container, for four domains. The proxy uses TLS and mTLS provided by Cloudflare, and the container runs in read-only mode. Each release goes through a health check and, if it fails, rolls back on its own. Behind the proxy, the PostgreSQL 18 database requires TLS, and each application has its own least-privilege user. The backup is encrypted and stored off the server, with an automatic restore test every week.

Own CI/CD pipeline

Self-hosted GitHub Actions runners route each job to the PC, to GitHub or to the VPS, depending on the quota. Each module's build minifies and protects the code, tests it with Playwright and checks secrets and CSP before publishing.

Multilingual sales site

Pre-rendered site in ten languages, with redirection based on the visitor's country. Plans are loaded from a licensing API, and payments are handled by Stripe. Two markets, BRL and USD, come from the same code. The site has a strict CSP and tests.

Personal finance app

Finance app for Android and iOS, created from a web codebase. It records transactions, manages bills, tracks investments, displays charts and generates shopping lists. It has about 72 test files, and the project's CI builds the signed APK and publishes the release.
